The Design Center
The design center is where SWD executes its core objective. Once a home buyer has completed their purchase, many decisions and much work remains in order to complete their home. In the custom-built development design center, the home buyers will take their next step.
SWD works hand-in-hand with the developer and the general contractor to build an attractive and efficient “showroom” in which the home buyer can choose from a variety of materials, fixtures, and finishes.
A well-organized design center gives the home buyer confidence and creates a comfortable, informative purchasing environment. The center gives our Interior Selection Specialists the tools they need to create revenue for the development while providing an array of options for the home buyer.
